He
was once a deadly assassin.. When he leaves his Hitokiri Battousai life and
name, he becomes Rurouni Kenshin, the man we see in the episodes. He meets up
with Kaoru, then Yahiko, and Sanosuke to form a little group, as well as many
other people like Megumi, and later on Masao. As a Rurouni, his skill is still
unbelievable, but nowhere near what it was when he was the Battousai. The
enemies he faces, often know that, and try to exploit his newfound feelings for
his friends, to make him angry, and make him the killer he once was. Kenshin
hates the government that he helped to create, seeing as how they lied and
exploited everything. His school is the Hiten Mitsurugi Ryu school, his master
is Hiko Seijuurou, the 13th master of the Hiten Mitsurugi School.
