Training  

Training Methods:

You can work out - (every 2 days) gives +500 to your power level

You can meditate - (every 3 days) gives +1000 to your power level

Gravity Training  doubles  the effects on your stats 

Training with others: -     If you win 10% of opponents power added to yours. 

                                    -     If you loose you only get 5%.

Room of Spirit of Time will increase your power immensely (can only be used twice "safely" by a character)
